Ngage’s Live Transfer takes a firm’s website conversions to the next level by transferring a prospect from online chat directly to a contact at the firm via phone.
At the end of the live chat dialogue, the Ngage operator asks the prospect “Would you like to get a call from the firm right now?” When the prospect answers “yes,” your firm will automatically receive a call from Ngage. As soon as you accept the call, you will automatically be patched through to that chat visitor in real time.
As the call is transferred, Ngage simultaneously forwards the live chat transcript to the firm so its intake team can quickly come up to speed.
Firms can specify specific business hours during which Ngage operators will offer the Live Transfer option. During the firm’s selected hours, Ngage live transfers all chats that take place. Outside of those hours, the live chat dialogue will end as normal and the firm will receive the transcript via email.
